Genre

For my research I am going to look at music videos, album covers and posters in the same genre as the music video I will create. The genre I have chosen is Indie/Pop, this genre is quite popular so I have a wide range of videos that I can choose from to analyse. I have chosen this genre as it gives me the freedom to create a video that doesn't have any conventions unlike other genres, such as dance music where you would expect to see dancing in the video.

Introduction

Welcome, my name is Sarah Hall and I will use this blog to conduct research of music videos to help me plan and construct my own as part of my A2 level media coursework at Biddulph High School . Over the next few weeks I will use my research of other music videos, album covers and posters as inspiration for creating my own.
